That is an awesome line up they have there. I’m more motivated to start my food prep on the weekends now! I’m tired of running around last minute trying to pack healthy food for work.

Didn’t feel totally ‘UGH’ about how I looked today (disregard the hair - salt water and wind) I’m still only -35lbs but I feel SO MUCH better about myself. Oh and those pants didn’t fit before!

I feel gross right now. My eating has been utter crap these past few days, waaaaay too many indulgences. The worst thing about today is that I totally neglected my water count. So now I feel nauseous from the long car ride home because I’m dehydrated.
When I got home I ate an apple (to sort out my stomach) and a glass of water. That wasn’t enough so I’m sipping iced water from my camelbak in bed as I try to sleep.
THIS FEELING RIGHT NOW IS WHY I NEED TO START UP AGAIN ON MY CLEAN EATING!!! I hate feeling this! >:(
i think there’s something to be said about the fact that i’m only inspired to get in shape by men’s workouts. their workouts are focused on getting stronger and healthier while female specific workouts are generally aimed at simply getting smaller.

My fitblr has been dead lately (sorry guys) and this is just the thing to start up again!
Ugh this week has been SO off. My eating AND exercising.
Being prepared (getting up on time, food prep, etc) really makes a difference in my weekly success at maintaining a healthy diet and exercise plan. That has not been happening this week.
Tomorrow I’m off to the beach for Father’s Day. I’m hoping to make it a very active day (walking on the beach, maybe swimming if it isn’t too cold).
But once Monday comes around, I want to start this new exercise program my bro-in-law gave me and STICK to it for two weeks at least to see some change.
Also, I’ll be eating more now. I was eating around 1800 but seeing as how my body burns around 2500 on a regular day, and anywhere from 2700 - 3000 calories on a workout day I think I was eating too little and my body was holding onto the weight. So I will be eating between 2000 - 2500, depending on my workout burn.
To gym or to feel disappointed tomorrow that I didn’t go to the gym tonight.
I guess the answer is easy, right?
30 minutes > 0 minutes in the gym
I will be proud of my accomplishments, no matter how small.
